Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please contact us at info@decod.nl with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email, we will work with you to find a solution, which typically involves sending a replacement item free of charge.

We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
